Excursions
Most of the excursions are free of charge for the members of Familia Club. The membership fee for 2011 is 15 euro for adults and 6 euro for children. Become a member
For all excursions we leave together from Familia Club. Children together with their parents are welcome. The excursions are made by bus, tram, Metro or by foot. Everybody pays her/his own ticket. For the outdoor picnics you should take your own food with you. Familia Club provides tea, coffee and juice.
Let’s ice skate!
Friday 10.2. 12.00
Together we can learn the basic ice skating skills in Rautatientori Ice Park. Skate renting from the venue is possible. Ticket to Ice Park is for members 2,50 euros/adult, 1,00 euros/child (other than members 5/3 euros). Skate rent for members is 2,50 euros (others 5 euros). Registration by Thursday 9.2.
Bank of Finland’s Money Museum
Friday 23.3. 11.30
In guided round we will get to know the exhibition Three currencies, two centuries, one Bank of Finland. The exhibition tells how money transitions impact on every one’s lives. Registration by Thursday 22.3.
Theater trip: Foreigner
Wednesday 28.3. 19.00 Helsinki city theater, Studio Pasila
Foreigner is a comedy that laughs at presumptions and the fear of difference. Tickets to members: only 5 euros/adult. Maximum 10 persons. Binding registration by Friday 2.3.
Fazer’s confectionery factory
Friday 20.4. afternoon
In Fazer’s confectionery factory we get to know about the history of making chocolate and sweets, how the factory works and tasting of Fazer’s products. The round takes about 1,5 hours. Maximum 25 persons. Registration by Monday 16.4. Attention: Fazer’s factory is located in Vaarala witch is in Vantaa, so when travelling from Helsinki, you must by a regional ticket.
Swimming hall in Itäkeskus
Wednesday 25.4. 10.00-12.00
In addition to swimming we get to know the services and how to act in the swimming hall. Both parents and children are welcome. Entrance for the members is 1 euro/adult, others 5,20 euros, children under 7 years for free. Registration by Tuesday 24.4.
Recycling store and Flea market in Hietaniemi
Wednesday 23.5. 10.00
Come to make cheap and exiting purchases. Together we will go to a recycling store in Lönruutinkatu and flea market in Hietaniemi. Meeting at Familia Club. Registration by Tuesday 22.5.
