Flavours from Finland and around the world– kitchen club
Friday 11.00–13.30 (10.9., 8.10. and 5.11.)
We prepare and taste food and pastries from Finland and other countries. We also learn Finnish words needed in the kitchen. Childcare is arranged. There may be small expenses for buying the ingredients. Registration on preceding Tuesday.
Managing your everyday life
Friday 10.30-13.30 (24.9., 22.10., 19.11. and 10.12.)
In the club you learn how to take care of your home and children, prepare nutritious Finnish food, manage your family economy and other things which make your life in Finland easier. At the same time you learn more Finnish. Childcare is arranged. Maximum 10 participants. Registration on the preceding Wednesday at the latest. Fee 1 Euro/time. In association with Finlands svenska Marthaförbund. Venue: the kitchen of the Marthaförbund.
Seminar on mental well being (in Russian)
